El 4 de Noviembre 2009, en el Hotel Hilton de la Ciudad de Guadalajara, México, la Asamblea Anual de la ASOCIACIÓN DE CONFEDERACIONES DEPORTIVAS PANAMERICANAS (ACODEPA), con la presencia de 30 Confederaciones Panamericanas, eligió por unanimidad a Francisco Lee, Presidente del CPLA, como VICEPRESIDENTE.

Es la primera ocasión que un dirigente del deporte de Luchas forma parte del Comité Ejecutivo de la ACODEPA, lo cual constituye un compromiso para continuar trabajando en beneficio del deporte en general y particularmente de la Lucha.

The 4th of November 2009, was held in the Hilton Hotel of the City of Guadalajara, Mexico, the Annual Assembly of the ASSOCIATION OF PANAMERICAN SPORTS CONFEDERATIONS (APASC), with the presence of 30 Pan-American Sports Confederations, elect to Francisco Lee, CPLA President unanimously like VICE-PRESIDENT. 

It is the first wrestling sport leader to take part in the APASC Executive Committee, the same thing that compromise to continue working in benefit of sports in general and particularly of our sport.
