• FILA Vicepresident

• He has the Honorary President of the Canadian  Wrestling  Federation of which  he is still a very active member.

• He has been an instructor  for referee courses which  he runs  competently  on all the  continents  thanks to his  knowledge of four lenguages.

• He has  the Secretary of the  Refereeing Department until  becoming  its leader on 1^st. January 2003.

• He is the FILA  technical delegate for the  Athens Olympic  Games in 2004 and has competently carried  out dealings with the ATHOC.

• He is a member of the Executive  Committee and actively participates  in the promotion of wrestling on the American continent and throughout the world.
